The Senior Program Officer will be embedded with the state TB program team to ensure implementation of all TB LON project activities in Kaduna State. Responsibilities include coordinating implementation across all LGAs, providing technical leadership, and organizing health facility supervision. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Implementation of TB LON 1 and 2 project across all LGAs. Provide Technical leadership to all TB LON staff. Develop Monthly Implementation/operational plan. Organize and conduct regular health facility supervision. Support state TB program on routine data analysis. Requirements: A degree in medicine (an MPH degree is an advantage). At least 5-7 years of experience in public health projects. Experience with USG or UN projects is an advantage. Strong coordination, planning, and supervisory skills.
